GFAmarket and most sellers on GFAmarket offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
GFAmarket Return Policy
Items shipped from GFAmarket can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
To protect our employees and customers, GFAmarket disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to GFAmarket, please contact our support team as soon as possible. GFAmarket can’t guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to GFAmarket.
GFAmarket Global Store Return Policy
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
GFAmarket will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our support team to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
Seller Return Policy
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of GFAmarket. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to GFAmarket, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. To view the seller’s return policy, once you’ve ordered, you can select your order in the customer dashboard and click on the seller’s name and view the return policy.
Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.
Note: If the seller’s listing is eligible for GFAmarket, it will be subject to the same return policies as items fulfilled by GFAmarket that are outlined on this page.
GFAmarket Return Policy
This policy states that you must return the bought product in the same condition as the new one, unused and without any damage to its original packaging. The product must not have any damage or use sign or it may not be returned.
1.After the Buyer and the Seller reach an agreement for the returning or replacement of products, the returning address shall be the same as the sender’s address. If the returning address or returning method needs to be changed, consent shall be obtained from the Buyer, otherwise the risk of products not being delivered after they are returned shall be borne by the Seller. If the Buyer has practical difficulties in applying for the returning of products, gfamarket.com may require the Seller to go through the procedures for returning products on its own, and the Buyer shall provide necessary assistance.
2. If the Buyer and the Seller have reached an agreement offline for returning or replacement of products, the Buyer shall handover the returned products to the carrier within the agreed time limit. If the deadline for returning is not expressly prescribed, such products shall be handed over to the carrier no later than 15 days as from the next day of the date on which the agreement for returning of products is reached. If the prescribed time limit expires, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products, and in such a case, gfamarket.com shall support payment to the Seller.
3. Where the parties reach an agreement on returning or replacement of products or gfamarket.com orders the Buyer to return the products, if the Buyer cannot properly complete the returning of products for reasons attributable to the Seller, the risk of the products being not returned to the Sellers shall be borne by the Seller, and in such a case, gfamarket.com shall support the Refund application by the Buyer. Where the Seller has not received the returned products or the Seller refuses to sign receipt of products returned for the reasons attributable to the Buyer, gfamarket.com shall support payment to the Seller.
Although GFAmarket Return Policy gives you the guarantee to change every item bought within 30 days of purchase, some items have some exceptions due to which they are not returnable.
- If any items are customized by you after the delivery, it is not returnable.
- If the service provider has completed the delivery and you accepted the service, then it cannot be canceled.
- Items whose expiry date is less.

Return Online on Website
GFAmarket Return Policy gives you a 30 days’ time period to return your product. Here are the steps to return your product.
So online return is not so difficult. Just follow the steps below to return your product within just a few clicks.
- Log in to your GFAmarket account.
- Click on Orders, to see your purchase history.
- Select the product which is to be returned.
- Click on the Return option.
- Give valid reasons for returning the product.
- Click on continue.
- On another page, select what you want, a replacement or a refund. Then click on continue.
- Select a date when they will arrive for a pick-up.
- Select destination. It will be selected by default but you can change if you want with the Change option.
- When done, click on the Submit button.
The return process ends here. When they arrive to collect the item they will hand you a return slip. It must be kept safe until the refund or exchange is completed. You can check the return status in the box.
